Aktywna Jedenastka w Europie: The project "Active Eleven in Europe - Europe in the Eleventh" assumes the improvement of teaching quality and learning effectiveness through comprehensive teacher and managerial training using modern technologies, courses and job shadowing. The main goals are: - improving the competence of communicating in English - getting to know and implement innovative methods and tools - school modernization thanks to the wider use of communication and information technologies, For English teachers and teachers whose level of language proficiency allows it, specialized courses have been planned in United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta, Italy and Cyprus.Then participants will take part in job shadowing mobilities at schools in the United Kingdom,Spain, Italy, France and Finland. International mobilities will be accompanied by numerous activities at the school.Teachers from Spain, France and the Czech Republic will come to school as part of job shadowing. Through collection and evaluation of feedback from teachers and students, we will monitor and enrich our educational standards .The school will be perceived as a modern, competent and open institution with extensive European contacts.
